Available Positions
Second Level IT Support Engineer (Brisbane / Gold Cost)
- 2-3 Years IT Experience
- Experience in outsourced role desirable but not essential
- MCP in Microsoft Server or Equivalent Experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft server products (SQL, Exchange, Active Directory)
- Routing / Firewall Experience.
- Great Communication Skills a Must
- Car & Driver's license required.
Role Description
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Support Team in our Queensland office. The role will centre around providing remote system support, maintenance and managment for our Managed Service clients.
Daily operations will including responding to tickets generated by our monitoring system, tending to support calls, and ensuring that clients' systems are operational at the highest performance levels. Onsite work will also be required.
You will gain high exposure to technologies from a number of our partners and discover new ways of doing things via our proven and tested company methods. There will be limit to the level of technical knoweldge you are able to gain and we always strive to push our staff techinically as much as possible.
The role will require someone with a pleasant personality with the ability to meet clients in person and have the confidence to make recommendations and suggestions in person.
