Available Applications & Licensing
Precision IT’s Secure Remote Office system uses the very latest Microsoft software products. The entire Microsoft product suite is available within the SRO system. The system is automatically provisioned with the correct applications for your business. You can add and subtract software as you need.
Available software titles include Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft SQL 2008, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office (Work, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Visio, Project, OneNote).
The SRO system’s software is totally licensed with Microsoft and the monthly subscription cost covers all the software you company uses. You do not need to purchase any licenses yourself.
3rd-Party Applications
The SRO system supports a multitude of 3rd party software applications like MYOB. We work with the 3rd party software vendors to ensure your software is capable of running within our system. All 3rd Party software must be legitimately licensed and supported by the software vendor. Precision IT can assist with licensing, but the software must be purchased separately to the SRO system.
Unlimited Technical Support
Technical support for the SRO system is included within the service. Should you require any assistance accessing or using the SRO system, our highly qualified and experience Support Team will be available to help you at no additional cost.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
The SRO system is backed-up using enterprise grade backup software ensuring that all of your company’s precious data is always protected. Additionally, backup media is taken offsite from our purpose-built data-centre facility for additional protection.
The SRO system has also been designed with disaster recovery and business continuity in-mind. The system uses completely redundant hardware which removes the risk of system hardware failure. Also the entire system has been designed to be migrated to our disaster recovery facility within a matter of hours.
