Qualification & SLA

Site Qualifications

In order to ensure Precision Connect can provide your required service to any of your locations, we go through a site qualification process. This process determines if we can provide our services and at what cost. Some factors that may affect your sites' qualfication include:
  • Available carriers at your telephone exchange.

  • Distance from telephone exchange.

  • Classification of your location (ie. Metro, Regional, Remote).
In the vast majority of cases we can provide a service to your location, but there are factors that influence the service cost and availability. Your qualification process only takes a few moments to determine your location's qualification, speak with us today.

Please note: Pricing available on this website is quoted for our Tier 1 Band 1 & 2 services, which is the most cost-effective of all qualifications. If your location is qualified outside of these zones, pricing may be more expensive.

Qualification Options

These are the possible qualifications your may receive for your location. These can overlap as multiple carriers may be available in a single location. You can opt to select a carrier if you wish, but Precision Connect will normally recommend the most cost-effective option when quoting.
