Our managed co-location services include 24/7 system monitoring for your server intergrated into our Precision Watch monitoring system. Covering all aspects of your system including availability of web-services, server hardware status, performance stats and secure reverse-tunnel remote access technology.

 

Your server can easily be tied into our Online Backup service, which makes for simple and highly effective backups of your server. Our backups are taken on a nightly basis and retained for 1 month onsite and rotated offsite weekly. Additional backup retention is available upon request.

Should there be any major disaster with your virtual server(s), an entire restoration of your server can be done from our nighly backups. All backups & restorations are managed by us therefore there is no headache restoring things when needed.
