Precision IT’s Secure Remote Office (SRO) has been tailored to add some key features and support for the requirements of medical practices and their clinical and practice management software.

 

The Medical SRO system is a fully hosted system that has been designed using enterprise grade hardware and software and is accessed via the internet. The SRO system is hosted in a purpose built data-centre facility ensuring the highest levels of uptime and dependability.
 

All of your patient data is kept completely secure within our Precision Cloud using high-grade storage and backup equipment.
 

As part of Medical SRO we support all of the major medical software products including HCN, iSoft, Best Practice, ZedMed, Centaur and Shexie. Within the SRO system you will continue to use your existing software package and we are willing to accommodate any special requirements.
 

All features you currently use with your existing software will be available within the Medical SRO system.
 

The Medical SRO system’s cost is determined based upon the number of practitioners and support staff your practice on a monthly subscription charge and has with no hidden surprises. All software licensing for the system is included within the subscription with the exclusion of your clinical and practice management software.
 

The SRO system is completely managed and supported by Precision IT’s Support Team and no additional costs are incurred for ongoing IT maintenance or support. It’s all included!
 

If you choose to come on board with Precision IT’s Medical SRO, we will migrate your entire practice’s IT system into the Medical SRO environment at zero cost. This includes the reconfiguration of your existing equipment to work with Medical SRO, the import of your existing patient data and fully testing at a time that is most convenient to your practice!
